The iPhone 4S announcement means that it will soon be available in the Philippines via Globe Telecom.

While there is no definite release date for the Philippines, it will be out by October 15 in the US and Canada.

Additional countries will be added by October 28, including Singapore.

It is likely that the iPhone 4S will arrive in the Philippines by November or December of 2011.
