Here are 6 easy steps to Downgrade iPad iOS 3.2.2 to iPad iOS 3.2.1.

Step #1: Download iPad iOS 3.2.1 from the Apple site.

Step #2: Open and edit the host file using Notepad or some text editor. The file can be found inside C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and locate “hosts” file. Add this IP address 74.208.10.249.

Step #3: Connect your iPad to your PC or laptop. Launch iTunes (unless it automatically does on its own).
